1. Who we are
Forge Onsite (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://forgeonsite.com. Forge is a field-service system that runs on a server in the shop. This policy covers two different things: what this website collects, and what stays on a shop’s own server.
We do not sell personal information. We do not contact a shop’s customers on our own. Calls, texts, and CRM updates the system makes are made for that shop, under rules the shop sets.

2. Information this website collects
If you use the book-a-call form, we collect what you type in:
- Your name
- Shop name
- Phone
- Team size (number of techs)
- Current CRM or scheduling software
- An optional message
The form is sent to /api/intake. A copy is emailed to [email protected] from [email protected]. We use it only to reply and set up the call.
When you load the site, Cloudflare and the server also see routine technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages requested. We use that to run and protect the site, not to build a marketing profile.
We do not send marketing or promotional email.
3. How we use website information
We use book-a-call details to answer you and schedule a call. We use technical logs to keep the site up, block abuse, and fix problems. We keep records we are required to keep by law.
4. What stays on the shop’s server
Customer records, call and text content, job notes, and CRM updates that the Forge system handles for a shop stay on the server in that shop. They are not sent to us as part of running the system.
We have no remote access to a shop’s server unless that shop turns it on.
If a shop connects its own AI provider key, requests go from the shop’s server straight to that provider under the shop’s own account. We do not sit in the middle of that traffic and we do not see it.
5. Who we share website information with
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information.
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host and protect forgeonsite.com. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and network traffic as a reverse proxy. Its policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The book-a-call email is delivered through email providers so it can reach [email protected]. Those providers see the message in order to deliver it.
We may also disclose information if the law, a court, or a government request requires it, or if we need to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forge, a shop, or someone else. If the business is sold, website records may transfer with it, and we will post notice on this page.
6. How long we keep it
Book-a-call submissions, including the email copy, are kept for 12 months, then deleted. That period is a working choice and can be changed.
Server logs kept by the website host follow the host’s normal log retention.
Information on a shop’s own server is kept for as long as that shop keeps it. We do not hold a copy.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox that receives book-a-call mail is limited to Forge.
No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure.
8. Deletion and other requests
You can ask us to delete the information you sent through the book-a-call form by emailing [email protected] or calling 904-424-8962. We will delete the form submission and the email copy unless we have to keep a record for a legal reason. We will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you can also ask to access, correct, restrict, or export the website data we hold, object to processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you can ask what personal information we collected, used, or disclosed about you in the past 12 months, and you can ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell personal information, and we will not treat you worse for asking. We will answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may ask for you.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
